Potential testing areas will be cleaned by a professional cleaner. Then a lead risk assessor will conduct the lead dust sample testing at random.

- Dust Sampling: Collect dust wipe samples from floors, window sills, and troughs
- Paint Sampling: Use XRF analyzer or collect paint chip samples for lab analysis (for 20 year certificate)
- Soil Sampling (if applicable): Take samples from play areas, drip lines, and bare soil
